sometimes, I notice, that people say 'like' at the end of a sentence instead of in the middle, so it must be a type of invisible full stop, but not a complete full stop, probably its a way of saying, 'ok, you can reply' or, it could be another invisible method, that of the question mark, so it could mean 'please reply' ,all in all, they could just be ways of being polite, or, there could be some kind of curiosity, of a type. or it could all just be behavioural.
